Ten Pin Bowling

January 21st: Peter C. & Dave R. were the finalists in the 2014 Ten Pin Knockout Competition. Both players left their bowling arms at home, On the first end Dave took the lead and from then, never looked back, he won by 8 pins. Well done Dave. As we have had no lady members, the ladies competition, was a non starter.

We had eight bowlers (only three were BRA members). Men: the highest score on first game was Tony W. with 117 and Reg A. second with 111. The second game Dave R. swept us all under the table with a score of 143, with Reg A. second on 117. Ladies: Janette C. scored 106, Beating Jan W, who only managed to get 77, but managed to reverse the result on the second game, 104 to 66. Well done to you all.

Next bowling is at 14:15 on March 18th. Cheers, Peter C.
