Supper Club

What a great meal we had at the ‘Overflow’ on April 16th (see picture). A really good turnout, efficient service and delicious food- what more could you ask for? By the way, if you’ve heard a rumour that the Overflow is closing it couldn’t be further from the truth. Quite the opposite; they had a ‘mystery customer’ from the ‘Guide du Routard’ with the result that they are to be included in this, one of the most prestigious guides in Europe. Don’t forget, BRA members can eat at the Overflow at a discount.

Supper Club

We’ll report on our visit to ‘La Stalla’ in the next issue and then it’s off to the ‘Great Wall’ restaurant, Qawra, on June 18th for an evening of Chinese food.

Walking Group

Our walking is drawing to a close now the weather has started to warm up. Time to enjoy the summer and get out the swimming
gear instead.  However, come the autumn, you’ll always be assured of a warm welcome and good company whilst enjoying the best of Malta’s countryside and scenery. Our walks are always easy paced and no more than two hours.

Walking Group
We meet by the ‘veggie man’ in the car par park at Xemxija every Wednesday at 9:30 a.m., weather permitting, starting again late September / early October.
